Micromax Funbook Tab is a 7 inch tablet that runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS. The tablet offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v3.0, and USB connectivity. It supports instant messaging on Gtalk and enables push email on Gmail. It comes with 1.2 GHz processor, 512MB RAM, and 4GB built-in memory. Other features are 0.3MP camera, Adobe Flash player, Dual Mali 400 2D/3D graphic processor, HDMI port, and 32GB expandable memory. 

HCL ME U1 Tablet

HCL has launched HCL ME U1 tablet that runs on Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It  has 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and has a 1GHz processor. It has 0.3MP front facing camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB. They have also launched MyEduTab, educational tablets for students in schools and colleges with similar features.
